01The Brief

Movement is personal.

Most fitness brands sell intensity. Most wellness brands sell escape. FLOW needed to sell neither.

The studio brings Reformer Pilates, movement and strength together under one roof. The brief: an identity that feels calm, confident and contemporary. One that celebrates the connection between body, mind and movement instead of performance or perfection, and makes room for everyone to find their own rhythm.

02The Idea

One word, two states.

Strength in body, peace in mind. FLOW was built to hold both without picking a side: balance without rigidity, strength without pressure, simplicity with purpose.

So the wordmark isn’t typed. It’s drawn like a single breath. A high-contrast serif lets the thick strokes carry the strength, while the swelling curves of the O and the W carry the release. Four letters, one continuous gesture. The concept, made typographic.

03The System

One line. Five colours. Every surface.

The symbol is a single unbroken line: a figure mid-movement that becomes the wave. Read it as a body or as pure motion, it works whether you came to sweat or to sit still. The dot is the anchor, one still point inside constant motion.

Two lockups, two jobs. A horizontal hero mark for the storefront, the mat and the banner; a stacked mark for every square format. Ink, Paper, Moss, Clay and Stone set the palette: natural, not decorative. A quiet serif “By Hive”, a small-caps manifesto line and EST 2026 complete the signature.

04The Result

More than a Pilates studio.

FLOW is an invitation to slow down, reconnect and move in a way that feels naturally yours. One line, one voice, one rhythm, carried from the stone entrance to the reformer mat.

FLOW. Pilates, in your own flow.
