We make the decisions most brands make by accident.

Ahmad Abu Goura
Seventeen years in design taught me one thing: the work that lasts is decided before it is designed. Today I lead AGSketches, a five-person studio in Amman working across MENA, from five-star hotel campaigns to street-food launches.
Every project starts the same way. We find the business problem, make the hard calls on purpose, and only then build the identity, the campaign or the platform around them.

Problem before moodboard
We start with the business problem: who it is for, what it must say, what it has to change. The visuals come after the decision, never before it.
Challenge the brief
A brief is a starting point, not a contract. If it does not make sense yet, we say so, early, while it is still cheap to change.
Systems, not logos
A mark is the signature; the system is the handwriting. We build brands that work without us in the room: hierarchy, rules, voice.
Outcomes over aesthetics
Beautiful is the minimum. We judge the work by what it changes for the business, not by how it looks in a portfolio.
